Yoga Program

We have a wide variety of yoga classes. They range from short mini flows focused on mobility and recovery to power flows that will challenge you and leave you feeling amazing!

The power flows are designed to achieve a peak pose or focused on a goal such as flexibility or core strength. The peak poses are advanced, but I always provide modifications and alternate options. I want these classes to be accessible to everyone!

The mobility focused flows are the perfect compliment to the strength program. They are short and can be done on the same day as your strength workout. The Rest and Recover classes are also a perfect way to wind down your day!
