VIP Coaching

Personalized coaching to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Together, we will determine your goals and develop a strategy for you to achieve them. It is a one-month program with the option to continue if you want more support. We will meet three times via Zoom, and you will have almost daily check-ins with me!
